In the wake of constant changes in merger control regulations around the world, Lexology: Getting The Deal Through published the 2022 edition of “Merger Control”, a quick reference guide written by legal experts that compares local perspectives on legal aspects, regulations, fields of application and recent trends.
This year, Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados collaborated with 62 jurisdictions in “Merger Control 2022”, edited by Thomas Janssens of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. This publication covers, from a single and comprehensive perspective, the legal and regulatory aspects of merger control from around the world. Likewise, recognized experts from the most important law firms in the world participated in the guide and provided their analysis.
