Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados has advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros and Banco de Crédito del Perú, as lenders, in connection with the structuring of a loan granted to Corporación Aceros Arequipa.
The deal closed on 14 september up to the sum of US$180 million.
