Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros, as structuring and placement agent, for the first and second issuances of corporate bonds by Peruvian electric power distributor, Electro Dunas, for a total amount of USD 81.5 million.
Electro Dunas, a subsidiary of Grupo Energía Bogota, provides energy to various cities in the southern region of Peru. With this financing, Electro Dunas seeks to expand the electricity network and attend to the growing demand. This is the first issuance by a non-financial company in the Peruvian stock market since 2019.
