Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez has asesoró a Productos Tissue del Perú S.A.C., as issuer, in the structuring of its First Corporate Bond Program and in the structuring of the First Issuance made under said Program.

The first issuance closed on October 23, 2018, up to the sum of S/ 100 million.
