After an evaluation of our policies, practices, culture and other fundamental aspects of our firm, we are proud to again receive certification from Presente, an NGO dedicated to advancing the rights of the LGBTIQ+ population in Peru, as one of the best places for LGBTIQ + talent.
On June 25, 2021 Presente certified 23 companies and organizations as ‘Empresas Presente.’ This certification recognizes an organization’s efforts to create an inclusive work environment for LGBTIQ+ talent. We first received certification in 2019 and we are the only law firm to ever receive this recognition.
