Fabrizio is a consultant of the firm, specializing in Administrative Law, Public Management and Infrastructure Project Management.
He has extensive experience in advising in project management through the Work for Taxes scheme.
Prior to joining the Firm, he has worked in Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru, Private Investment Promotion Agency – ProInversion. In addition, he has participated in different academic programs in Germany, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica and Uruguay as a fellow of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
